4 Weeks July 18th, 25th, Aug 1st and 8th

This course is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, mobility and strengthening movements to help support you through all the season and changes of your life and body.  We will focus each week on common areas that can feel strain or pain from daily living and how we can create more equilibrium, energy and vitality in your whole system.  Each week will have time to move, relax and rest.

Classes are suitable for all levels and if you have any specific injuries or pain points you are working with at the moment, we can serve your needs in ways that feel beneficial.

** 8 week passes available for all dates, 6 week passes available-please state on purchase dates attending, 4 week passes for June or July are non transferrable.
