Monday Evenings 8 weeks September 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th and October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd

6pm – 7pm

This pregnancy yoga course will include movement, relaxation and restorative practices that will help support you through pregnancy at all stages and towards giving birth.  Naomi will interweave her experiences and expertise to help guide you through this transformational period to becoming a Mother.

Practices and classes are suitable for you from 12 weeks pregnancy or when given clearance by your support team.

Classes are redeemable on many health insurance plans.
