Monday Evenings 6 week Movement for Life Course (Final class in this course April 3rd)


This Monday evening course will be focused on Movements that will benefit your everyday life.  We will focus each week on different areas of your body and include;

-How to alleviate common pain points

-How to build strength, stability and mobility

-How you can move with ease and freedom

Each week we will build up from foundational movements and over the course of 6 weeks you will feel more connected, stronger and in tune with your body.  There will be elements of Yoga and Pilates each week and we will include time to relax and unwind.

This course will be suitable for those who are beginning classes, looking for a refresher or who want to inject a little strengthening into the start of your week.
