This course blends together Yoga, strengthening and mobility movements with meditation, breath practices and relaxation to create an entire reset for your body-mind.  Naomi weaves practices each week to help you regulate your nervous system and enable you to unwind, energise and tend to your needs.  Practices are suitable for all levels, for this course some regular practice and experience is beneficial.
