This Monday evening course will be suitable for those who are beginning classes, looking for a refresher or who want to inject a little strengthening into the start of your week.

Each week we will build up from foundational movements and over the course of 6 weeks you will feel more connected, stronger and in tune with your body.  There will be elements of Yoga and Pilates each week and we will include time to relax and unwind.
