Monday Evenings 6 week Pregnancy Yoga Course (Final class in this course April 3rd)


This special 6 week Monday evening course will invite Mamas to be to move in ways that benefit the stages or experiences you are going through.  We’ll address the importance of strengthening areas of your body as well as practices to relieve, restore and replenish your system, body and mind.  These classes are a lovely way to share and connect with others in your community and take time for you.

Practices are suitable for pre natal after 12 weeks. If you have any specific concerns, contact Naomi to enquire.
