Join this 4 week course with teacher Sharon, in October to set some routine, consistency and commitment to your wellbeing each week.

Thursday Evening 7.15pm-8.15pm

‘Focused Flow’
These sessions and practices will offer you some focus for your body and mind. Honing in on particular physical areas to develop strength and mobility and weaving movements into sequences that will help you find your flow. Clearing out physical and mental stagnation and setting you up for a well deserved relaxation.
