August Immersion Week (Monday 22nd-Thursday 25th)

7.15pm-8.15pm

Join us for our annual immersion week where we gather together as a commitment to ourselves and our wellbeing everyday.  This weeks theme will centre around harvesting.  Connecting to reaping the benefits of your efforts, your gifts, your lessons learnt, processing and integrating what you need to move forwards into the Autumn season.  In order to allow ourselves to be present, it is becoming paramount to carve out the ritualistic time and space in which to remind ourselves of the importance of ourselves and our self care.  This is a beautiful week to share and will be suitable for all levels with movement, reflections, and relaxation.
